Synopsis

Although the right to peace appears enshrined in various international instruments, none of them specifically recognize the human right to peace with all its constituent elements. Therefore, in this research it is proposed that the effective recognition of the constituent elements of the human right to peace provides the legal bases on which the right to peace is based, understood as a right that cannot be realized without the concurrence of others. rights.

This work is the result of the research project “The constituent elements of the human right to peace”, approved in accordance with the Resolution of the Honorable Academic Council of the Faculty of Legal and Social Sciences of the University of Mendoza (Argentina) of August 2021. Likewise , this research work has the endorsement of the Federal Network of Studies on the Human Right to Peace (ReFEPAZ), created within the scope of the Federal Council of International Studies (CoFEI), headed by its secretary Dr. José Antonio Musso, by virtue of the Specific Collaboration Agreement entered into between said Network and the University of Mendoza.
