Regional History

This Collection is focused on the publication of unpublished manuscripts on Regional History that allow reflection on the various aspects of this disciplinary field with its consequent theoretical and methodological foundation.

The objective is to promote theoretical, historiographical and methodological debate on local and regional history studies, as well as the relationships between national and provincial history. Editorial projects must represent an original contribution on the advances and current state of academic debates that contribute to the interdisciplinary dialogue of regional history in Argentina and Latin America.

Applications will be received by the Director of the Collection, who will determine whether the proposals fit the objectives of the Collection. In a second instance, the Academic Committee will issue a first opinion and, if necessary, the required modifications will be formulated to begin the evaluation process. This final stage will be in charge of two academic peer evaluators who will communicate the approval of the manuscript without modifications, with modifications or its rejection. In line with the premises of Open Science –promoted by Qellqasqa Editorial– peer reviews may be open.
